Brand for O.A. Property Management and rentals, a company located in Portugal’s Silver Coast.
Brief
Client request was to create a remarkable, modern and colourful identity. Essentially, an identity that stands out from the other companies that operate in the same location and in the same business. Portugal’s Silver Coast has a lot of resorts and there are a large number of property management companies operating in the area.
Approach and Results
Portugal’s Silver Coast is well known by its pristine coastline and endless beaches. Who hasn’t dreamt of spending a magical and unforgettable holiday in a property with full ocean views? Considering this, the idea was to reflect a sun shining above the roof of a home by giving the sun and the roof the letters O and A shaped just like the initials of the company. The colours are not directly related to a sunset or ocean but they are the colours that Olga, O.A owner, loves the most and the colour palette she choose for her new brand.
